TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama baseball took part in its first full-team practice on Friday afternoon at Sewell-Thomas Stadium, officially marking the start of UA's fall camp schedule. The Crimson Tide began the day with a quick skill session followed by an intrasquad scrimmage.
"It was really exciting for all of us to get out on the field today and play a few innings," said head coach Brad Bohannon. "Our kids have done a great job of handling the challenges of the pandemic. I could not be more pleased with where we are right now, all things considered."
In compliance with guidelines due to COVID-19, admission to Alabama baseball's on-field activity is closed to the public. Gates to Sewell-Thomas Stadium will not be open and fans are strictly prohibited from entering the facility.
