Roll Tide Rally Crew

The Rally Crew serves as the face of Crimson Tide Baseball to fans for game-day activities. Responsibilities for the Rally Crew include greeting fans at the entry gates, t-shirt tosses, cheering, and providing in-game engagement for the crowd. Other duties may include grassroot marketing efforts on campus such as passing out flyers and chalking.
Requirements
- Must be a full-time student at The University of Alabama each semester
- Open availability and time commitment
- Natural ability to meet, engage and cheer with fans
- Enthusiasm for The University of Alabama and Alabama Baseball
- Some knowledge of Division I baseball
- Inability to adhere to the guidelines may result in a "Strike" or dismissal from the crew. This is a large time commitment. Please consider this when applying.
Game Day
- Must be available to work at least 4 home series (12 games in total)
- Must have the ability to arrive at The Joe 1.5 hours before game time and work the full time of the game (typically 3-3.5 hours)
- Follow task assignments as directed which include but are not limited to; greeting fans, answering fan questions, t-shirt tosses and other promotional items, cheering and providing in-game engagement
- The Rally Crew serves as the face of Crimson Tide Baseball to fans for game-day activities. You must be willing to work events during weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
Office Duties
- Attend bi-weekly meetings for your assigned group (Crimson or White) to go over the home series you are working.
