TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama baseball staff will host the Crimson Tide Winter Baseball School from Dec. 21-22 at Sewell-Thomas Stadium.
The camp will span two days and is for players ages 6-14 in the eighth graders or below. It will provide attendees with an excellent opportunity to learn and develop their baseball talents. Skill instruction will focus on hitting, fielding, base running and throwing fundamentals, and campers will have a chance to use what they learn in live games.
Cost for the two-day event is $175 with a $10 discount off the overall cost for siblings that are registered at the same time. The cost includes lunch on both days along with a camp T-shirt. Participants will need to bring their own bats, batting gloves, molded cleats and catcher's gear (if applicable) and are expected to wear baseball pants or shorts.
