2020 Cross Country
- Ran the five-mile race at the SEC Championships with a time of 27:22.50.
- Competed in the 8k race at the Florida State Invitational with a time of 25:57.4.
- Opened the 2020 Cross Country season and his collegiate career with a top-35 finish (26:43.7) in the 8k race at the Vanderbilt Commodore Classic.
Prep Highlights
- Earned a top-10 ranking in the state of Virginia in the indoor mile, while coming in at No. 17 in the state and 77th nationally in the indoor 1600m
- Finished the 2019 season with five top-20 finishes in the 5000m, highlighted by a PR (15:30.40) at the Great American Cross Country Festival
- Competed in the 2019 Nike Cross Nationals 5000m event
- Named Boys Third Team XC All-State for Virginia (2019)
