- Finished 1st in the men’s weight throw, clearing a mark of 77-2.75 (23.54m) and recording a new personal best. He also broke the tide’s school record which was previously held by Daniel Haugh (75-8.00 / 23.10m).
- Finished 1st in the weight throw (21.83m) to start the indoor season at the UAB Blazer Invitational.
