Fifteen Gymnasts Capture WCGA Scholastic All-America Honors

The Crimson Tide posted a 3.66 team grade point average during the 2024-25 academic year, marking the 20th straight year Alabama has recorded a 3.4-or-better GPA
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama gymnastics was named to the 2025 Scholastic All-America team and saw 15 gymnasts capture individual Scholastic All-America honors, the Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) revealed Monday.
The Crimson Tide, who finished eighth in the nation last season, posted its 20th consecutive 3.4-or-higher GPA (3.66) and led the Southeastern Conference with nine perfect 4.0s.
Consistent Academic Success
- With 15 honorees in 2025, Alabama has now posted double digit Scholastic All-America honors the last 15 consecutive years, and 19 times, since 1999
- Overall, 151 gymnasts have earned the academic recognition 361 times since the award's inception in 1991
