The Crimson Tide earned its second sweep over a Southeastern Conference opponent this season
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The No. 18 Alabama women's tennis team swept Southeastern Conference foe Ole Miss, 4-0, on Sunday inside the Roberta Alison Baumgardner Tennis Facility. After winning the doubles point, the Crimson Tide saw straight-set victories on three singles courts en route to its ninth win of the 2024-25 season.

Match Notes
- The Crimson Tide (9-4, 3-2 SEC) claimed the doubles point after earning wins on courts two and three, respectfully
- Although court one went in favor of the Rebels (9-6, 2-3 SEC), Alabama had the advantage with 5-2 scores at both positions when court one was decided
- Doubles duo Sara Nayar and Klara Milicevic defeated Brooklyn Olson and Emily Welker on court two, 6-2
- To clinch the doubles point, Maria Andrienko and Maria Martinez Vaquero downed Lucie Petruzelova and Andrea Nova by a score of 6-2 on court three
- Alabama saw first set wins on courts one, three, four and five as the team carried momentum into singles play
- Nayar earned the first singles point for the Tide as she defeated Anaelle Leclercq-Ficher on court five in straight sets, 6-1, 6-0
- Martinez Vaquero quickly followed with a two-set win over Alice Soulie on court four, 6-4, 6-2
- After back-to-back victories, Alabama looked to courts one and three for the match point
- Sedlackova would go on to clinch the match for the Tide with another straight-set victory as she beat Ludmila Kareisova, 6-1, 6-4, on court one
- The remaining three courts (two, three and six) all stood unfinished as Alabama secured the match, 4-0
