Alabama Men’s Cross Country 23rd in Latest USTFCCCA National Rankings

The Crimson Tide returns to competition Oct. 12 at Florida State
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama men's cross country team checks in at No. 23 in the latest United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Men's Cross Country National Coaches' Poll, which was released Tuesday afternoon.
The Crimson Tide is joined by SEC rivals Arkansas (16) and Ole Miss (22) in this week's poll.
Defending NCAA champion Northern Arizona is No. 1, followed by BYU, Wisconsin, Portland and Stanford to round out the top five this week.
Alabama returns to action at the Florida State Invitational Friday, Oct. 12 in Tallahassee, Fla. The meet will be the final regular-season outing for the UA men and women prior to the 2018 SEC Cross Country Championships, which will take place Oct. 26 at Auburn.
