Tide Softball Camp Information Available

The Crimson Tide softball program and head coach Patrick Murphy have announced the schedule for its camps to be held in the fall of 2007 and the summer of 2008. Alabama will host several camps designed for a variety of age groups in Tuscaloosa.

In the fall, Murphy and his staff will hold the World Class Pitching Summit on Nov. 10. The Clinic is open to individuals in the ninth-12th grade age group. The event is limited to 60 individuals on a first-come, first-serve basis.
On November 25, the Tide will host its annual Thanksgiving Holiday Hitting Clinics. There will be two sessions, 9 a.m. until noon for second through sixth graders and 1 p.m. through 4 for seventh through 12th graders.
In the summer of 2008, the Tide will host a pair of camps. The first will welcome attendees entering eighth grade through those entering the 12th grade and will be held from June 22-25. The second camp is for individuals entering the third grade through those entering the seventh grade and is scheduled for June 25-28.
Registration for the summer camps on the web site will begin in February. Individuals may log on to register for the fall camps now.
