University of Alabama The University of Alabama Trademark Licensing Department's mission is to protect and promote the use of the University of Alabama name and logos. The Licensing program ensures that the University's logos are used in a proper manner to uphold with the University's vision of class and integrity. Licensing Guidelines To able to produce any product with the University of Alabama trademarks, you will need to contact the Licensing Department. The logo sheet displays all trademarks of the University include verbiage.

Photography and Video Policy Look for the Label When shopping for Alabama merchandise, look for the "Officially Licensed Collegiate Products" label. This label is your assurance that the product you are purchasing has been approved and represents the goodwill of the University. Products that do not bear the label, but using the marks of Alabama, may represent infringement of the trademark laws. The funds generated by the Licensing program generates revenue to build the scholarship program for the University of Alabama. If you suspect someone is selling or producing unlicensed material, please fill out the Unlicensed Product Report Form.

Intellectual Property XOS Digital is the exclusive licensing agent for all Alabama Crimson Tide videos and photographs. The use of video and photographs owned and controlled by The University of Alabama requires the permission of XOS, on behalf of Alabama or the SEC as appropriate.
