Season Ticket Holders may transfer their tickets to another customer by logging into their account and selecting the specific events to transfer under the My Account page.

Ticket Donation
Can’t attend a women’s basketball game? You can electronically donate your season tickets back to Alabama Athletics. These tickets will then be donated to those fans who don’t normally receive an opportunity to attend an Alabama Athletics event.

All sales placed via phone, window or online are final at time of processing. There will be no exceptions.
For all ticketed athletics events by the University of Alabama, every attendee must have a ticket, regardless of age.
The University of Alabama is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. This includes tickets that are left at home on game day. Original ticket holders must submit a formal written request via mail or email, to request a reprint, however it is not guaranteed a reprint will be completed, as it is per the approval of the athletics ticket office.
All address changes for ticket shipments, ticket mailings, application mailings and any additional correspondences must be submitted via formal written request via mail or email. The written request must come from the original ticket holder, in order to maintain accurate and secure records.
The University of Alabama reserves the right to change the date, opponent and start time of any event. These changes will not entitle the ticket holder to a refund. All changes will be communicated through local media and RollTide.com.
Game Day Ticket Sales
Ticket Sales will begin one and a half (1.5) hours prior to each game, at the ticket booth located inside the North lobby of Foster Auditorium.
All game day sales are general admission seating.
The Alabama Athletics Ticket Office accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards as payment methods.
Will Call Information
Will Call will be open one and a half (1.5) hours prior to each game, and located inside the North lobby of Foster Auditorium.
Please have a valid photo ID in order to retrieve your tickets.
Player Guest Ticket Information
Player Guests may pick up their tickets beginning one and a half (1.5) hours prior to each game at the Northeast entrance of Foster Auditorium.

High School Coaches/Recruits Ticket Information
High School Coaches and Recruits may pick up their tickets beginning one and a half (1.5) hours prior to each game at the North lobby of Foster Auditorium.

Media Will Call
Media Will Call will be located at the Northwest entrance of Foster Auditorium beginning one and a half (1.5) hours prior to each game.
Student Tickets
Students may enter through the West entrance of Foster Auditorium beginning one a half (1.5) hours prior to each game.
Each student must have a valid Action Card in order to be eligible to receive free admission.
All students receive free admission.
Student seating is located in Section C, D, & E located in upper Southwest corner of Foster Auditorium.
Accessible Seating
Patrons who require accessible seating needs, may utilize the ADA platform areas located at the top of Sections D, E, Q, U, & V.
Patrons may access the elevator to accessible seating at the Northwest entrance of Foster Auditorium.
