Ticket Donation

Did your plans change at the last minute? With the Ticket Donation benefit, you can electronically donate your season tickets back to the Alabama Ticket Office. These donated tickets can then be enjoyed by fellow Crimson Tide fans.

How to donate a ticket in 5 easy steps
Step 1: Click Begin Ticket Donation and sign in to your online ticket account.

• If you have already activated your online account, just enter your account number and password.
• If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" button, enter your email address and it will be sent to you.
• If you have never activated your online ticket account, click "Link Your account" under Existing Customer/Donor. You will need to have your customer account number and PIN. Contact the Alabama Ticket Office at 877-TIDETIX if you do not have this information.

Step 2: Once you have signed in/activated your account, click the "My Account" link on the menu at the left.
Step 3: Then click the "Donate Tickets" link under Manage My Tickets.
Step 4: You will then see a list of tickets available for donation. Click the "Donate" link below the ticket(s) you would like to donate.
Step 5: Then select the specific seats you would like to donate.

After completing these steps, you will have successfully donated your tickets. You will receive an email confirmation stating that the transaction was successful.

Please Note:
Any donated tickets will not apply any credit to the season ticket holder's account.

Tickets may be donated to the Alabama Ticket Office until 3 hours prior to game time.
