Season Ticket Holders may transfer their tickets to another customer by logging into their account and selecting the specific events to transfer under the My Account page.

Ticket Donation
Can’t attend a football game? You can electronically donate your season tickets back to Alabama Athletics. These tickets will then be donated to those fans who don’t normally receive an opportunity to attend an Alabama Athletics event.

All sales placed via phone, window or online are final at time of processing. There will be no exceptions.
For all ticketed athletics events by the University of Alabama, every attendee must have a ticket, regardless of age.
The University of Alabama is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. This includes tickets that are left at home on game day. Original ticket holders must submit a formal written request via mail or email, to request a reprint, however it is not guaranteed a reprint will be completed, as it is per the approval of the athletics ticket office.
All address changes for ticket shipments, ticket mailings, application mailings and any additional correspondences must be submitted via formal written request via mail or email. The written request must come from the original ticket holder, in order to maintain accurate and secure records.
The University of Alabama reserves the right to change the date, opponent and start time of any event. These changes will not entitle the ticket holder to a refund. All changes will be communicated through local media and RollTide.com.
Will Call Information
Will Call will be open four (4) hours prior to the game, and will be located between Gates 32 and 33 on the East side of Bryant Denny Stadium.

Alabama Player Guests Ticket Information
Alabama player guests may pick their tickets beginning two (2) hours prior to the game at Gate 37 on the East side of Bryant Denny Stadium.

Visiting team player guests may pick their tickets beginning two (2) hours prior to the game at Gate 40 on the East side of Bryant Denny Stadium.

High School Coaches Ticket Information
High School coaches may pick their tickets beginning two (2) hours prior to the game at Gate 3 on the North side of Bryant Denny Stadium.

Football Recruits Ticket Information
Football recruits may pick their tickets beginning two (2) hours prior to the game at Gate 47 on the North side of Bryant Denny Stadium.

Non-Football Recruits Ticket Information
Non-football recruits may pick their tickets beginning two (2) hours prior to the game at Gate 36 on the North side of Bryant Denny Stadium.

Student Tickets
Students may enter through Gate 31 of Bryant Denny Stadium beginning two and a half (2.5) hours prior to the game.
Each student must have a valid Action Card in order to be eligible to enter the game.
Student seating is located in the Sections AA-EE, S-1-S-8, and SS-2-SS-5.
Patrons who require accessible seating needs may exchange their seats at the Customer Service windows, which are located between Gates 32 & 33, or at Gate 3. Patrons may exchange their tickets for accessible seating beginning four (4) hours prior to the game.
Accessible seating exchange inventory varies from game to game, due to season ticket and single game sales. Unfortunately, due to limited inventory, it is not guaranteed that the athletics ticket office will be able to locate your seating as close to your original ticket location as possible.
Patrons who would like to purchase accessible seating for any football game may do so by calling (205) 348-2262.
In order to assist as many customers as possible, the athletics ticket office must limit the number of exchanged tickets to four (4), in order to maximize inventory.
Accessible seating is located in the East U1 Level, Upper East Sideline, Upper North End Zone, and Upper South End Zone.
Elevator Passes
Elevator passes must be requested each season by season ticket holders. Season ticket holders may submit a request via email or mail, including a doctor’s note with the request.
Elevator passes provide access to the Gate 3 elevator, located at the North Entrance of the stadium.
Public elevators are located at Gate 6 and Gate 43.
Patrons who do not have elevator passes may access the shuttle service provided on the East spirals located at Gates 29 & 46.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located at Gate 19, which is located in the Southwest corner of Bryant Denny Stadium.
Prohibited Items
Bryant Denny Stadium and all other Alabama Athletics Facilities prohibit the following items:
Oversized bags over 8.5” x 11” (Includes back packs, purses, etc.)
Chair backs LARGER than a single seat (16 inches wide)
