CARY, N.C. - The women's tennis team tacked on six more wins on Saturday at the Duke Fab Four Invite, bringing its two-day total to 11 victories. The Crimson Tide picked up one win in doubles and another five in singles.
In doubles, Emily Zabor and Carmen Blanco won the third place match of their draw, downing Texas A&M's Rutuja Bhosale and Ines Dehaza, 8-1. Danielle Spielmann went 2-0 on the day in singles, winning both of her matches in three sets, while Zabor, Blanco and freshman Erin Routliffe picked up one win apiece.
The tournament will conclude on Sunday with the final round of singles at 8 a.m. CT.
