Game 3 Final Book TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Georgia Bulldogs beat the Kentucky Wildcats 6-4 in game three of the 2012 SEC Softball Tournament. After low scoring pitching duels in the first two games of the day that resulted in four total runs, Georgia opened things up with a barrage of runs in the first two inning of the tournament's third game, scoring two in the first and four in the second. Kentucky answered with a run in the fourth inning before plating three more in the top of the seventh to pull within two. With two Wildcat runners on base and the winning run at the plate, Georgia came up with a ground out to second to end the drama and the game. Senior pitcher Erin Arevalo picked up the win for the Bulldogs, pushing her record to 23-6, while senior Chanda Bell took the loss for the Wildcats, falling to 16-11. Georgia returns to action Friday at 4:30 p.m. CDT against the winner of Thursday's final game between No. 1 seed Alabama and No. 8 Mississippi State.
