TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Alabama head softball coach Patrick Murphy announced that the game against South Alabama has been rescheduled for Thursday, Feb. 28. First pitch is slated for 5 p.m., at Rhoads Stadium.
The game was originally set to be the home opener for the Crimson Tide on Feb. 12, but inclement weather caused the contest to be rescheduled.
South Alabama finished 41-17 in 2012 and played in the NCAA Tuscaloosa Regional, where they fell to Alabama in the final, 6-0.
