TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Alabama Crimson Tide beat the Western Kentucky Lady Toppers 7-6 Saturday, to advance Sunday's 2013 NCAA Softball Tuscaloosa Regional championship game. Western Kentucky will play again at 6 p.m. in Saturday's second elimination game.

Alabama jumped out in front early with two runs in the bottom of the first while WKU tied it up in the top of the second. Alabama sophomore Leslie Jurypicked up the win for Alabama, pushing her record to 18-7 on the season, while junior Emily Rousseau took the loss for South Alabama, falling to 25-7.

Alabama returns to action Sunday at 1 p.m. against the winner of Saturday's third game. Western Kentucky will play in that third game, which starts at 6 p.m., against the winner of Saturday's second game between USC Upstate and Jacksonville State.
