The softball team's 15 honorees led the way for the Tide, followed by the 12 members of the rowing team and the 12 members of the women's track and field team. The Alabama baseball team placed 11 members on the honor roll; women's golf, men's tennis and men's track and field each landed six student-athletes on the honor roll, followed by the four members of the women's tennis team
2013 (SOPHOMORE): Batted .320 with five home runs and 21 RBI ... tallied 32 hits and 20 runs ... added two doubles and slugged .500 ... played in 41 games and had 35 starts ... posted a .356 average during SEC play, ranking second on the team ... led the Tide in the Auburn series with a .600 average, six hits, five RBI and a .636 on-base percentage ... collected two hits in each of the three games versus the rival Tigers and also tallied at least one run and one RBI in each of the games ... batted 2-for-3 with three RBI in the Auburn series finale (March 24) ... hit a three-run home run against Jacksonville State (April 2) ... batted 3-for-4 with an RBI in game two of the Missouri series (April 6) ... hit a two-run home run against Southern Mississippi (April 16) ... batted .429 in the Mississippi State series with a RBI and two walks ... went 3-for-6 in the NCAA Tuscaloosa Regional with a home run and two RBI ... hit a home run in the regional opener against Jacksonville State (May 17).
2012 (FRESHMAN): Named NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete ... appeared in 26 games in her first season at the Capstone, with four starts ... batted .303 with two home runs, seven RBI and slugged .545 with two stolen bases ... earned her first career start playing left field against East Carolina (Feb. 25) ... hit her first collegiate home run in the Bama Bash finale against SIU Edwardsville (Feb. 26) ... smacked a pinch-hit home run in win against Maryland (March 2) ... came off the bench to record two hits and two RBI in win against Samford ... started in the Mississppi series finale, recording an RBI single and scoring a run.
HIGH SCHOOL: Came to Tuscaloosa from Waterloo, Iowa, where she lettered all four years at Waterloo West High School ... one of the top prep athletes in Iowa during her high school career... named the Iowa Gatorade Player of the Year ... a five-time all-state selection ... named the Iowa Sports Connection Female Athlete of the Year and the 4A player of the year ... led class 4A in batting average (.625), home runs (17), walks (73), stolen bases (44), on-base percentage (.795) and strikeouts thrown (384) ... smacked an Iowa state record 54 career home runs ... played for Tim Johnson on the Minnesota Irish travel squad ... also was a standout in basketball and track ... an honorable mention McDonald's All-American in basketball ... a three-time all-state selection on the hardwood ...
