2015 (Junior) Became the third member of the Alabama women’s soccer team to be selected to represent her country on the national level this year, as the Crimson Tide junior was called in to the Costa Rican National Team for its match vs. Team USA on in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as part of the U.S National Team’s 2015 Victory Tour ... saw just over ten minutes of action in Costa Rica's match vs. Team USA … has played in five matches for the Tide this season, including three starts.
2014 (Sophomore) A member of the U-21 Costa Rican National Team that played in the World Cup in 2014 ... because of her time with the Costa Rican National team, Sanz missed preseason training with Alabama ... after starting defender Molly Moroney suffered a season-ending injury, Sanz proviced a steady presence off the bench on the defensive side of the ball ... played in 11 matches for the season ... collected an assist vs. Alabama State (Sep. 21).
