Animals:
Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with
disabilities are welcome at Coleman Coliseum. All service animals must remain on
a leash or in a harness at all times. No other animals are allowed in the
facility.

Parking:
Parking is available in the Coleman Coliseum lot.

Restrooms: Disabled accessible stalls are located in the men's and women's
restrooms on the both sides of the concourse of Coleman Coliseum.
Alcohol Alcoholic beverage containers are prohibited
on the plaza and inside Coleman Coliseum.
ATMs There are no ATMs located in or around
Coleman Coliseum.
Autographs For autographs of gymnasts and coaches,
please check RollTide.com for any scheduled autograph sessions. For all other
autographed item requests, please contact the University of Alabama compliance
office at
compliance@ia.ua.edu.
Automotive assistance Before, during and after the game, contact
the UA Police Department at 205.348.5454 for dead battery and locked car
assistance.
Baby
changing stations Baby changing stations are available in
public restrooms at Coleman Coliseum.
Backpacks/Bag searches (see also Prohibited items) Only small
personal bags (purses, baby or diaper bags, etc.) will be permitted inside
Coleman Coliseum and are subject to search at all entrances.
Large bags could be an obstruction in an emergency situation; and
therefore, for safety purposes, they are prohibited.
Banners
(see also Prohibited items) Banners are not
allowed into the arena.
Big Al's Kids Club
The Big
Al's Kids club is for children ages 12 and under.
For $25, members will receive free admission to select athletic events, a
T-Shirt, membership card and more!!

Binoculars Binoculars and their cases are permitted in
the building, subject to inspection at all entrances.

office Tickets purchased through the Alabama Box
Office charge-by-phone line (205.348.BAMA) or online at

and designated for Will Call can be
picked up at the Coleman Coliseum box office during normal business hours from
the time of purchase through the end of the business day prior to the event or
on the day of the meet beginning 2 hours prior to the start of the meet.

Radio:
All
Crimson Tide Gymnastics meets are broadcast on the radio on WVUA, the University's radio station, 90.7.
Cameras/Video cameras Cameras, other than professional cameras
with lenses over six inches, are allowed in Coleman Coliseum. For the safety of
the gymnasts, flash photography is strictly forbidden.
Video cameras are not permitted inside the building.

Child
ticketing policy Every person, regardless of age, must have a
ticket to enter the building.
Concourse The inside walkways at Coleman Coliseum
circling the facility. Concession
and merchandise stands and restrooms are located on the concourse level of
Coleman Coliseum.
Floor
access Only authorized persons with proper
credentials are allowed on the arena floor. Fans entering the arena floor area
without proper credentials are subject to eviction and arrest. Credentials for
floor access are not available for purchase.
Crimson Tide Sports Marketing Crimson Tide Sports Marketing (CTSM) is the multimedia rights
holder for the University of Alabama Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.
CTSM offers corporate customers a multitude of marketing and media sponsorship
opportunities including radio, television, print, Internet, merchandise catalog,
videos, special projects, game promotions, sponsorships, signage and coaches
endorsements. CTSM is a joint venture between Learfield Sports and ISP Sports.

Doors
open For the general public 2 hours prior to the
start of the meet.
Elevators An elevator located in the lobby of Coleman
Coliseum provides easy access to disabled seating.
Emergency For any emergency at Coleman Coliseum,
including medical emergencies, notify the nearest usher or police officer.
Evacuation In the event of an emergency, arena staff
will utilize the public address system to inform patrons of the situation and
any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits in the arena are
clearly marked. Coleman Coliseum has wide concourses allowing for easy departure
from anywhere in the building.
First
aid/EMS The first aid station is located outside
section N on the arena concourse level. This station is staffed by Emergency
Medical Technicians. If you are in need of medical attention, please notify the
nearest usher or police officer. Arena staff are trained to call for immediate
response and assistance in emergency situations.
Food/Beverages Patrons may not bring food or beverages,
including alcoholic beverages, inside Coleman Coliseum. Concession stands are
located throughout the concourse and offer a variety of food and beverages.
Group

Any group of 15 or more qualifies for
major discounts to all home meets.

dates and times Alabama Gymnastics meet dates and times are
subject to change. In the event a meet date or time change should occur, the
information will be immediately posted on RollTide.com and will be communicated
through the local media.
Meet programs Meet programs are available for purchase during
Alabama Gymnastics home meets around the concourse or in the merchandise stand.
Noisemakers Southeastern Conference and NCAA rules
prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought inside the building. This
includes, but is not limited to, all horns (including air horns), thunder
sticks, cow bells and whistles. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

Radios Hand-held and pocket-sized portable radios
are allowed in the building. Please be considerate of other patrons and use an
earpiece or headphones to listen to your radio.
Re-entry policy Patrons must have a game ticket stub to
re-enter Coleman Coliseum
Seating Coleman Coliseum has an official seating
capacity of 15,075 for gymnastics. For a seating diagram, please refer to the
Coleman Coliseum Seating Chart .
Security

Suspicious
activity, disruptive patrons and guest-related problems should be reported to an
usher or police officer immediately. Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for
other patrons, the arena or the teams may be ejected from the building.
Intoxicated fans will not be allowed into the building. An ejected patron will
not be allowed to return for the remainder of the game. Re-entry by an ejected
patron is grounds for arrest.

You and your
belongings may be searched upon entry into the building. By tendering your
ticket and entering the building, you consent to such searches and waive any
related claims that you might have against The University of Alabama. If you
elect not to consent to a search, you will not be allowed into the building.

To report an
incident in your seating area, please notify the nearest usher, security guard
or UT police officer at the entrance nearest to your seat. After the game,
please email awaters@ia.ua.edu with all game day-related questions or concerns.
Smoking policy In accordance with University policy,
smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Coleman Coliseum.
Please see an usher for designated smoking areas.
Solicitation The University of Alabama does not permit
unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of
fliers or other promotional/advertising materials on University of Alabama
property.

Alabama
Gymnastics merchandise is available for purchase on the concourse level of
Coleman Coliseum.
Special announcements Special announcements on the public address
system and scoreboard are limited to medical and police emergencies.
Other than birthday announcements
arranged through the Alabama Marketing office, personal messages will not be
announced on the public address system or scoreboard.

Student Section
Students
must enter the doors on the West side of the Coliseum (closest to the track and
Hackberry Lane) and must sit in sections S, T and U.

cameras Video cameras are not permitted in the

fountains Water fountains are located on the concourse
level.
Weapons No weapons of any kind are permitted in
Coleman Coliseum or any designated UA venue. This policy includes weapons used
by off-duty law enforcement officers. Firearms must be secured at either the UA
Police Department or within an individual's vehicle.

Will Call
On meet
day, Will Call for tickets purchased online or over the phone is located at the
box office, in the main lobby in Coleman Coliseum. Will Call opens 2 hours prior
to the start of the meet. To pick up tickets in Will Call, the person picking up
the tickets must bring a photo ID.
Player
pass, visiting team and athletics Will Call is located in CM Newton Recruiting
Room in the main lobby of Coleman Coliseum.
