TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The past week has certainly been a whirlwind for the Alabama gymnastics team's eight freshmen.

Olivia Carisella, Sarah DeMeo, Ria Domier, Lindsey Fowler, Kim Jacob, Jordan Moore, Jacqueline Probst and Hannah Toussaint all traveled to Tuscaloosa and got moved in last weekend before getting together at coaches Sarah and David Patterson's house which allowed the rookies, who hail from eight different states, further opportunity to get to know one another.

Once settled into their new homes, the week started with forms to fill out, official pictures to take and a campus to explore. Then came Wednesday and the start of classes for the freshman and their Crimson Tide teammates.
