Gymnastics Ranked in the Top-5 Nationally for Seventh Week in a Row

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. ?? The Alabama Gymnastics team is among the nation’s top-5 for the seventh week in a row, standing once again at No. 4 this week.

Florida is still No. 1, with a solid lead over No. 2 Georgia. Stanford is third while Utah rounds out the top-5. UCLA, Alabama’s final regular season home opponent is at No. 6, just hundredths of a point behind Utah while LSU, coming off a season high 197.050 against the Gators last weekend, checks in at No. 8.

As a team, the Crimson Tide is third on the vault and floor exercise, fifth on the uneven bars and 16th on the balance beam.

Individually, junior Terin Humphrey is 14th in the all-around, fifth on the uneven bars and 21st on the vault. Rookie Kassi Price is 10th on the uneven bars and sophomore Cassie Martin broke into the bars rankings this week at No. 23.

Freshman Morgan Dennis is seventh on the vault and ninth on the floor exercise while classmate Ricki Lebegern is 17th on the uneven bars.
