ATHENS, Ga. - The No. 9 ranked Alabama Gymnastics team fell to the No. 4 Georgia Bulldogs here in Stegeman Coliseum, 197.175-196.275, in front of 9,938 fans Friday night. "Nobody likes to lose, I hate losing more than anybody, but that's the highest team score we've had this season," Alabama head coach Sarah Patterson said. "I'm encouraged by the steps we're taking and the improvements we're making. You look at some of the mistakes we made tonight and the people that we're missing from our lineup and that's still the highest team score we had this season. I look down the road and if we can get everybody healthy, we have the potential to be very, very good." Junior Morgan Dennis led the Tide with a 39.400 in the all-around followed by junior Ricki Lebegern's 29.275 and senior Brittany Magee's 39.225. Georgia's Courtney Kupets won the all-around with a 39.825, fueled by 10s on the uneven bars and balance beam.
