This Saturday at 6 p.m. in Coleman Coliseum, the Alabama gymnastics team will host the 2013 NCAA Tuscaloosa Regional Championships. In addition to vying for its 28th regional title and 31st consecutive trip to the NCAA Championships, the meet will serve as the final home appearance for the Crimson Tide's four seniors, Becca Alexin, Marissa Gutierrez, Ashley Priess and Ashley Sledge. 2012 | Junior First team Vault All-American ... Second team Floor Exercise All-American ... finished fourth in the vault at the NCAA Championships Event Finals ... SEC Academic Honor Roll ... NCAA Seattle Regional Floor Exercise Champion ... competed on the vault in all 14 meets... won the vault against Missouri, tying her career-best with a 9.95 ... also won the vault at Kentucky and LSU ... tied her career-best scores on the vault (9.95), balance beam (9.875) and floor exercise (9.925) against Florida, winning the floor ... opened the season by taking first on the floor exercise against Georgia, winning her first collegiate floor title ... tied her career-high of 9.95 on vault in the semifinals of NCAA Championships... competed in 35 individual events during the season ... earned Dean's List (3.5 or better GPA) honors for the fall semester.
