"It was definitely a big improvement in play over last week in Puerto Rico," head coach Mic Potter said. "It was long day with 36 holes and the team kept its focus really well. We still have some things to work on, but we are seeing progress, and we have to keep moving forward tomorrow."

Junior Danielle Lendl set the pace for the Crimson Tide Monday, firing a 2-under 70 on the opening 18 holes and following that up with an even-par 72 in the second round. Competing as an individual, Hannah Collier put together a solid 72 in the first round and followed that with a 76 in the afternoon for a tie for 44th.
