TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -
Members of the women's basketball team recently visited Capstone Village, a retirement community located on campus, as part of the Crimson Tide's community service efforts.
During the visit, the team played an Alabama trivia game, held a question and answer session and mingled with the community's residents.
Along with starting official practice next week, the Tide will also begin making rounds to local elementary schools as part of its annual 5th Grade Fastbreak program. The program, now in its sixth season, strives to provide athletically-related educational initiatives to students of the community.
