Women's Basketball Enters SEC Tournament as No. 7 Seed

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Southeastern Conference released the 2014 Women's Basketball Tournament bracket Sunday night, pinning Alabama as the No. 7 seed. The Crimson Tide has not been seeded that high in the conference tournament since the 1999 season when it was No. 5.

Alabama has a bye in the first round and will face 10th-seeded LSU on Thursday at 5 p.m. CT. The Tide and Tigers have met a total of four times in the tournament, splitting the meetings in half, 2-2.
