Grant Fausset, who has overseen the daily organization of Kristy Curry's programs for the past six seasons, enters his first year at Alabama after spending the last seven at Texas Tech. Prior to his position in operations, he served as video coordinator for one season.
This will be Fausset's second stint in the state of Alabama as he spent one year as video coordinator at Auburn after serving in a similar capacity at Purdue under Curry. Fausset also has experience working in the WNBA as he spent the summer of 2004 working as the equipment manager for the Seattle Storm.
Fausset graduated from Purdue in 2004 with a degree in agricultural communications and a minor in communications. During his undergraduate years, he spent one year as a practice player before taking over the managerial role his last two years.
He and his wife, Lindsey, have one daughter, Bellamy.
