Men's Tennis Picks up a Pair of Wins at ITA All-American Championships

TULSA, Okla. - The men's tennis team got wins from Daniil Proskura and Becker O'Shaughnessey on Friday at the Saint Francis Health System ITA All-American Championships.

Proskura collected the first victory of the day for the Crimson Tide, advancing past Duke's Michael Redlicki, 6-7(7), 3-1. Proskura and O'Shaughnessey then teamed up to beat SEC foe Tsvetan Mihov and Thiago Pinheiro of South Carolina, 8-7(1), in the doubles consolation draw, before falling, 8-6, to Ohio State's Peter Kobelt and Kevin Metka.

Proskura is slated to take on Lloyd Glasspool of Texas in his next singles match on Saturday at 11 a.m. CT.
