TULSA, Okla. - Becker O'Shaughnessey and Daniil Proskura both won their second round singles matches to advance in the qualifying draw at the Saint Francis Health System All-American Championships on Tuesday.
Proskura got things started in the morning with a 6-3, 7-5, victory over 78th-ranked Junior Ore of Texas A&M, who, last time they faced each other, beat Proskura, 6-2, 6-2. O'Shaughnessey then made it a sweep for the Tide, topping East Tennessee State's Rogerio Ribeiro, 6-1, 6-4.
The final round of qualifying will take place not before 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Main draw action for both singles and doubles begins on Thursday.
