Men's Tennis Picks up Eight Wins in Singles at the Crimson Tide Indoor Invite on Friday Seniors Jarryd Botha and Harris Barnard win both of their matches

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The men’s tennis team earned eight wins in singles play on Friday at the Crimson Tide Indoor Invite, which is being held at the Roberta Alison Baumgardner Tennis Facility. The Crimson Tide picked up two of its victories against Memphis and the other six versus East Tennessee State.

Seniors Jarryd Botha and Harris Barnard won both of their matches on the day while four others including junior Daniil Proskura, sophomores Philippe Tsangarides and Stuart Kenyon and freshman Becker O’Shaughnessey picked up one victory apiece.

Match play resumes on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. CT. Alabama will first take on Memphis in doubles and will follow that immediately with doubles against ETSU. Memphis and ETSU will then meet for singles play.
