2014-15 (SENIOR) Nominee for the Brad C. Davis Community Service Scholarship … member of the SEC Community Service Team for men’s tennis … earned the team’s Tenacity Award for his outstanding work ethic … second on the team with 17 singles wins … also added nine doubles victories throughout the season … ended the dual match season on a team-best eight match win streak … defeated Jess Jones of Tennessee at the SEC Tournament in straight sets, 6-3, 6-1 … clinched the doubles point for the Crimson Tide with teammate Sam Edwards with their 7-6(7) victory over the duo of Wayne Montgomery and Paul Oosterbaan of No. 6 Georgia … won seven singles matches and three doubles matches during the fall … started the season at the Crimson Tide Four-in-the-Fall where he went 3-1 in singles with all three of his victories coming in straight sets … also went 2-1 in doubles at the tournament with Becker O’Shaughnessey, posting an 8-2 win over Rice’s Srikar Alla and Gustavo Gonzalez and an 8-0 victory against UAB’s Christian Coetzee and Donovan McSeveney … won four matches in singles at the USTA/ITA Southern Regional Championships, advancing to the consolation quarterfinals … picked up one additional doubles victory at the Commodore Scramble, beating Middle Tennessee State’s Gian Issa and Miguel Fernandez, 8-5, with partner Sam Edwards.
2013-14 (JUNIOR) SEC Academic Honor Roll … won 13 singles matches and 11 doubles matches in his first season at Alabama … split time at Nos. 5-6 in singles and played primarily at No. 3 doubles … earned four singles wins in conference play … went 3-1 with Stuart Kenyon against SEC opponents in doubles … started the SEC season 2-0 in singles, beating opponents from No. 16 Mississippi State and Ole Miss … overcame a first-set loss to clinch the team win at Ole Miss, topping Vinod Gowda, 4-6, 6-4, 6-2 … helped the Tide to its first win over No. 13 Kentucky since 2009 by clinching the doubles point with Hayes Brewer and winning his singles match, 7-6(7), 6-4 over Grant Roberts … advanced to the finals of his singles draw at the Southern Intercollegiates, winning five matches along the way.
2011-13 (AT SOUTHERN MISS) Played two seasons at Southern Miss before transferring to Alabama ... two-time member of the Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll ... recipient of a Conference USA Academic Medal, awarded to student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 or higher ... ITA Scholar-Athlete ... led the Golden Eagles in singles and doubles wins as a sophomore with 25 and 19, respectively ... compiled a 16-7 record in singles in dual match play as well as an 11-9 mark in doubles, with 10 of those victories coming from the No. 1 position ... as a freshman, posted a 22-7 record in singles, highlighted by a pair of eight-match winning streaks.
