Before a crowd of 73,506, the White Team defeated the Crimson Team, 17-13, in the 2014 Alabama Football Golden Flake A-Day Spring Game at Bryant-Denny Stadium in perfect weather conditions Saturday afternoon.

The Alabama football team held its final practice of the 2014 spring season on Thursday in shells. The session lasted approximately two hours at the Thomas-Drew Practice fields.

The football team practiced for two hours Tuesday in full pads inside the Hank Crisp Indoor Practice Facility as preparations continue for Saturday's Golden Flake A-Day game.

The Alabama football team completed its second scrimmage of the spring Saturday afternoon inside Bryant-Denny Stadium in a roughly two-hour scrimmage.

The football team practiced for two hours Friday in front of over 1,100 high school coaches in shells at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.

The University of Alabama football team got back to work on Monday, two days removed from the first scrimmage of spring practice for a two-hour workout in full pads at the Thomas-Drew Practice Facility.

It was the ninth practice of the spring and gave the Crimson Tide a chance to fix mistakes from Saturday's scrimmage as the team continues to work toward A-Day. Alabama's 2014 A-Day Game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19, at 1 p.m. (CDT) inside Bryant-Denny Stadium. The A-Day Game is once again free to the public and will be televised live on ESPNU. The University of Alabama football team practiced inside the Hank Crisp Practice Facility for two hours Friday in shells as preparations continue for the first scrimmage of the spring on Saturday at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

Friday's workout, which was pushed indoors due to weather, is the seventh of 15 during spring drills. The University of Alabama football team returned from spring break on Monday and completed its fifth workout of spring practice on Monday with a two-hour session in full pads at the Thomas-Drew Practice Facility.

The football team put on the pads for the first time this spring, practicing for two hours on Wednesday on the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields. The practice was the third of the season for the Crimson Tide.

The football team held its second of 15 spring practices on Monday at the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility, working for two hours in shorts and helmets.

Alabama hosted ESPN throughout the day as David Pollack and Shannon Spake took viewers inside the program with interviews from wide receiver Amari Cooper, linebacker Trey Depriest and head coach Nick Saban.

The Crimson Tide will practice two additional times this week on Wednesday and Friday before taking a week off for spring break (March 24-28). Alabama then resumes spring practice with the fifth of 15 spring sessions on Monday, March 31. Read More

The University of Alabama football team began spring practice on Saturday afternoon with a two-hour workout in shorts and helmets on the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.

The Crimson Tide welcomed eight mid-year signees to the practice field: Tony Brown (DB), David Cornwell (QB), Shaun Dion Hamilton (LB), Laurence "Hootie" Jones (DB), D.J. Pettway (DL), Jarran Reed (DL), Cam Robinson (OL) and Cam Sims (WR).

Alabama also welcomed three new coaches to the staff with offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Lane Kiffin, special assistant to the head coach and inside linebackers coach Kevin Steele and defensive line coach Bo Davis getting their first on-field look at the 2014 Crimson Tide squad.
