Alabama Football Continues Bowl Practice in Tuscaloosa

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Alabama football team held its seventh bowl practice on Sunday with a two-hour workout in full pads inside the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility.

The Crimson Tide will practice once more on Monday morning before breaking for Christmas early tomorrow afternoon. The team will then converge in New Orleans on Friday, Dec. 27. Alabama will face Oklahoma in the Allstate Sugar Bowl inside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome at 7:30 p.m. (CST) on Thursday, Jan. 2, on ESPN.

The Crimson Tide is making its NCAA-leading 61st bowl appearance and its bowl-record 14th appearance in the Sugar Bowl. Alabama is also matching a school record with its 10th straight bowl appearance.
