TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -
The football team returned to practice on Tuesday, working for two hours in shells at the Hank Crisp Indoor Practice Facility. The Crimson Tide focused on fundamentals in its first practice back and will continue to for the next couple days before installing its game plan for the upcoming bowl game. Alabama is slated to take on Oklahoma in the Allstate Sugar Bowl on Thursday, Jan. 2, in New Orleans.
Earlier in the day, the Tide had four recognized on the Associated Press All-America Team. Cyrus Kouandjio and C.J. Mosley both earned first-team honors, while Ha Ha Clinton-Dix was named to the second team and AJ McCarron to the third team.
Alabama will hold seven additional practices before breaking for the holidays on Dec. 23.
