TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Recently the Bryant Museum lost a close friend and long-time supporter of the museum who was active in Circle of Champions, the museum's membership group. After his passing, his family donated to the museum his autographed quarterback edition football issued by the Bryant Museum in 1995.

A total 323 footballs were signed by six greats of Tide history to benefit the museum. Within 48 hours all were sold with this gentleman receiving #44 of 323. The original certificate of authenticity is included.

Among the honors received by signees and their teams are Super Bowls MVPs, national championships and SEC titles.

The Bryant Mueseum has announced that this football will be auctioned to the public through the Steiner Sports, a national known sports oriented auction house. The auction ends December 6, 2009 to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.
