TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The No. 1 ranked Alabama football team once again hit the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields in preparation for No. 15 ranked Texas A&M. The meeting will be just the fifth in program history and the first since 1988.

"The players have done a good job of working hard this week," said Alabama head coach Nick Saban. "This is a very challenging week for us. I think the focus for us is that we are able to keep executing things with the discipline, effort and toughness we need, so that we can continue to improve."

The game between the two Southeastern Conference western division foes has been tabbed as the Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award Marquee Matchup. Davey O'Brien award semifinalists AJ McCarron and Johnny Manziel highlight the marquee matchup on Saturday.

Saturday's game will be nationally televised on CBS at 2:30 p.m., from Bryant-Denny Stadium, with Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson making the call and Tracy Wolfson reporting on the sidelines.
