The top-ranked Crimson Tide football team hit the fields for the third time this week, working for two hours at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields in preparation for Saturday's matchup with Tennessee. The game is slated to kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT in Bryant-Denny Stadium and will air on CBS.
Earlier in the day, linebacker C.J. Mosley was named one of 20 quarterfinalists for the Lott IMPACT Trophy, which is awarded annually to college football's defensive impact player of the year. Mosley currently leads the Tide with 58 total tackles, including 4.5 for loss, four quarterback hurries and three pass breakups.
