TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Fans who will attend an Alabama home football game at Bryant-Denny Stadium this season are reminded to use the Customer Service Game Day Hotline if they encounter a facility or customer service issues.
The purpose of the hotline is to provide and add to the fan experience if one should come across any sort of facility or customer service issue. Fans can call 205-348-5620 or text the key word BAMA along with your question to 71855 and one of the dispatchers will assist you. Dispatchers will be ready to answer both general questions as well as send the appropriate staff to correct any issue that can arise.
Examples of problems fans can use the hotline include, but are not limited to: plumbing, electrical, seating, heating & cooling, cleaning, restroom, and elevator issues. There are 250 staff members strategically placed around the stadium to provide quick response to requests.
