TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama football team practiced for two hours in pads Wednesday afternoon at the Thomas-Drew Practice Facility, completing its second straight day of fundamental work following last Saturday’s scrimmage.
Junior wide receiver Earl Alexander talked about the previous two practices and the work the team has done on fundamentals.
“Every day we are out there working hard and getting ready for the first game that is coming up,” Alexander said. “We went out there the last two days and worked on us. We have worked on the fundamentals of football and back to the basics, trying to become a better football team and preparing for the game.”
The Crimson Tide will practice again Thursday at 3:30 p.m. (CST).
