Alabama Football Team Completes Friday Drills

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama football team completed its Friday workouts at the Thomas-Drew Practice Facility in just over two hours in preparation for its season-opener, now just eight days away.

The Tide began its practice at the customary 3:30 p.m. time slot, which has been the case each of the last four days. Classes at the Capstone began on Wednesday. On Saturday, Alabama is slated to practice at the same time before having an off-day on Sunday.

With the season opener fast approaching, fans planning on attending the Crimson Tide’s matchup with Western Carolina in Bryant-Denny Stadium next Saturday should continue to log on to UAGameDay.com to receive update information on game day parking and travel information.

The game is scheduled to be broadcast on a pay-per-view basis. Viewers interested in purchasing the broadcast should contact their cable networks or satellite providers for updated purchase and viewing information.
