Bruno Event Team, a Birmingham-based sports marketing and event management company, in conjunction with The University of Alabama, is pleased to announce new enhancements for the upcoming Crimson Tide football season gamedays.
Some of the improvements to this year’s gameday include additional public parking, clearly defined traffic routes to and from the stadium, improved public RV lot organization and enhanced services and activities on the Quad.
“We are excited about the opportunity to assist the University with gameday operations,” said Gene Hallman, President of Bruno Event Team. “The enhancements being made for the first game will help to create a safer and more enjoyable experience for all fans. We will be closely monitoring each gameday to determine what future improvements are needed. Our goal is to improve upon the best college football gameday experience in the country.”
“We’ve worked closely with the Bruno Event Team staff over several months with our ultimate desire being to enhance what we already consider college football’s best gameday environment,” said Mal Moore, The University of Alabama Director of Athletics. “The expansion of Bryant-Denny Stadium will create some gameday changes for fans. We feel that this plan allows us to effectively address our growth.”
Bruno Event Team will assist the University in gameday activities. This will include the University’s official gameday website www.uagameday.com, which will consist of features such as downloadable parking maps, RV information, Kickoff on the Quad activities (formerly kickoff.ua.edu), traffic and parking information and a visitor’s fan guide.
