The University of Alabama team completed its ninth practice of the summer this morning, its first practice since yesterday's scrimmage.

"It was a tough practice this morning," said head coach Mike Shula.  "It was the first practice right after a scrimmage.  We got sloppy at the end.  Guys are getting tired, but it's something we've got to fight our way through.  There were too many pre-snap penalties.  We just have a lot of work to do to correct those things."

This is the second day of two-a-days, the team will reconvene at 7:45 p.m. for the second practice of the day and will work out for approximately one hour and 35 minutes.
