TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -The Alabama football team completed its 13th spring practice Monday with a 90-minute workout in full pads at Thomas-Drew field.

Head coach Mike Price was happy with the practice, but said he wished he had more time to spend on the field with his players.  "It was a good day," he said.  "We put in red zone; put on our `mayday' stop the clock offense."

"I feel like we are just starting to know the kids and they are getting to know us better.  I feel like if we had one more week it would be a lot more fun."

Price said he is looking forward to a festive and entertaining A-day game at 1 p.m. on Saturday.

"We want to get as many people there as possible.  I want to see us play our best football to this date and I want people to be encouraged by what we are."

The Tide will practice on Wednesday in the last practice before Saturday's spring game.
