TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -
The football team practiced for two hours Tuesday in full pads inside the Hank Crisp Indoor Practice Facility as preparations continue for Saturday's Golden Flake A-Day game.
It was the 13th practice of the spring and the first following last Saturday's second scrimmage. The Crimson Tide will practice a final time Thursday.
The field was also announced on Tuesday for the Chick-fil-A Bowl Challenge charity golf tournament on April 27-29 at the Reynolds Plantation Resort. Alabama head coach Nick Saban will pair up with Heisman Trophy winning running back Mark Ingram to contend for a share of $520,000 in scholarship and charitable contributions.
Alabama's 2014 A-Day Game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19, at 1 p.m. (CDT) inside Bryant-Denny Stadium. The A-Day Game is once again free to the public and will be televised live on ESPNU.
