SERIES: With the loss by Alabama, Oklahoma owns a 3-1-1 series lead over the Crimson Tide. The teams first met in the 1963 Orange Bowl when the Crimson Tide won a memorable 17-0 verdict over the Sooners in Miami, Fla. The squads matched up again following the 1970 season and battled to a 24-24 tie in the 1970 Bluebonnet Bowl game at the Astrodome in Houston, Texas. Alabama and Oklahoma met in regular season contests in 2002 (a 37-27 Oklahoma win at Norman, Okla.) and 2003 (a 20-13 Oklahoma victory at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa).

COLLINS HAULS IN HIS SECOND PICK OF THE SEASON: Sophomore defensive back Landon Collins halted Oklahoma's opening drive of the game by intercepting Trevor Knight's pass at the Alabama 24. It was the second pick of the season for Collins and 11th for the Crimson Tide overall.

MOSLEY CLOSES CAREER 3RD ON CAREER TACKLES LIST: Senior linebacker C.J. Mosley had six tackles against Oklahoma. Tonight he passed Woodrow Lowe for third on the Alabama career list with 319 total tackles.

McCARRON SETS SINGLE-SEASON PASSING RECORD: Senior quarterback AJ McCarron finished the season with 3,063 passing yards after tallying 387 in the game, surpassing the previous single-season record held by Greg McElroy (2,987 yards in 2010). McCarron entered today's game with 2,676 yards.

McCARRON RECORDS 5TH CAREER 300-YARD PASSING GAME: Senior quarterback AJ McCarron threw for 387 yards, marking the fifth time in his career he has had over 300 yards in a game and the third time this season. McCarron had a career-high 359 yards at Kentucky and 334 at Texas A&M in the Crimson Tide's second game of the season. In 2012, he had 309 versus the Aggies and 306 at Tennessee.

COOPER AND WHITE BOTH ECLIPSE 100: Sophomore Amari Cooper and junior DeAndrew White became the first pair of Alabama receivers to go over 100 yards in game since Sept. 10, 2005, versus Southern Miss (Tyrone Prothro - 134; D.J. Hall - 130). Cooper finished with 121 yards on 9 receptions, while White had 3 catches for 139 yards.

McCARRON-TO-WHITE BREAKS ALABAMA BOWL RECORD TWICE: Junior wide receiver DeAndrew White hauled in a 63-yard pass from senior quarterback AJ McCarron in the first quarter to break the Alabama bowl record for longest pass completion. The previous record of 61 yards was set in the 1931 Rose Bowl by quarterback Johnny Cain and wide receiver John Suther. McCarron connected with White on a 67-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter to establish a new record. White finished with a career-high 139 yards off three receptions.

HENRY MAKES FIRST CATCH COUNT: Freshman running back Derrick Henry notched the first reception of his career when he caught a 61-yard touchdown pass from senior quarterback AJ McCarron in the fourth quarter.

SCORING STREAK CONTINUES: With sophomore running back T.J. Yeldon's 1-yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter, Alabama has scored in 169 consecutive games - the longest streak in program history.
