2006 (Junior): Played 88 snaps with two tackles and one quarterback hurry in 10 games. He recorded his second career blocked punt vs. Tennessee. He played a season-high 32 plays against Louisiana Monroe and had three games with 10 or more snaps.
2005 (Sophomore): Stamps saw action in every game, primarily on special teams. He played in 110 snaps including a high of 18 against Southern Miss and he recorded five tackles, including a high of two against South Carolina.
2004 (Freshman): Playing in every game, Stamps finished with 168 snaps on the season, including a season-high 28 against Western Carolina. He had nine tackles on the season, including two in teach of the first three games of the season. He blocked a punt, which he returned for 14 yards and a touchdown against Western Carolina
Prep: Two-time All-State player and served as student council president at Brantley High School. Stamps helped lead the Bulldogs to the 1A state playoff quarterfinals. Stamps finished the 2003 season with 39 catches, 796 yards and 11 touchdowns on offense. Recorded 96 tackles with two forced fumbles and two recovered fumbles.
Personal: The son of Shelia McTear. He has two sisters, Shayla and Bridgett.
