Arkansas State: Sharrief played a lot down the stretch against ASU as the Red Wolves were forced into passing situations ... made two solo tackles and recorded his second quarterback hurry of the year. LSU: He played one of the best games of his career as the Tide's dime back ... made four tackles with a quarterback hurry and a pass breakup ... his corner blitz forced LSU quarterback Jarrett Lee's third interception ... Sharrief deflected the ball into the air as he plowed into Lee on the blitz allowing Rolando McClain to snatch the ball out of the air and return it 10 yards. Mississippi State: Sharrief registered one quarterback hurry as the Tide defense pressured the Bulldogs' quarterback all night and allowed just 167 total yards. Auburn: He turned in an outstanding Iron Bowl with three tackles and a pass breakup in the Tide's 36-0 shutout. Florida: Sharrief logged one solo tackle in the SEC Championship Game against the Gators. Sugar Bowl vs. Utah: He made his second start of the season in the Allstate Sugar Bowl and recorded a career-high-tying four tackles - all solo.

2006 (FRESHMAN): Played in all 13 games, mostly on special teams and as a back-up running back ... got his first carry against Louisiana Monroe, finishing with three carries for 31 yards, including a long of 21 ... also had two carries for two yards against Duke and a run for five yards against Florida International ... played 151 snaps on the season.
