Alabama has developed a legacy of producing top-tier NBA talent, with four Tide players going on to play in a total of seven NBA All-Star Games. Latrell Sprewell leads the way, garnering All-Star selections in 1994, 1995, 1997 and 2001. His 1994 All-Star selection was the first by a former Crimson Tide player but not the last, as he was joined in 2001 by Antonio McDyess. In 2009, Mo Williams became another Alabama product to put on an All-Star jersey while in 2010 Gerald Wallace became the first Charlotte Bobcat to earn the honor.
