Tide Men's Basketball Ranked High in 2002-03 Preseason

Alabama has received two midsummer honors as the 2002-03 men's basketball season approaches.  According to FOX Sports basketball analyst Frank Burlison, the Tide is the fourth-best team in the nation, and Bama forward Erwin Dudley is on the watch list for the John Wooden Award, which is given to the nation's top player.
